CoopWise Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoopWise, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CoopWise. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription and Payment

• CoopWise offers tiered subscription plans with different features and pricing.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's payment terms.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are not provided except as required by law.

4. User Accounts

• You must create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• CoopWise is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

By using CoopWise, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or modify the App.
• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Content Ownership and License

• CoopWise retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the App.
• User-generated content remains your property, but you grant CoopWise a license to use it for improving the App.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of CoopWise is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CoopWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoopWise and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, & the USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
