CoopWise Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

  • Duplicate Charges: If a user is accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
  • Technical Issues: If the app experiences prolonged service outages preventing access for more than 72 consecutive hours.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

  • All chickens, coops, and management data
  • Egg collection history and streaks
  • Photos, notes, and all uploaded files
  • Breeding, hatching, and brooding records
  • Financial tracking and expense data
